The Truth About CBD Review Websites
What is CFAH?
CFAH is the go-to resource for up-to-dating, reliable, and accurate information about CBD products. Maybe you're wondering, are all the CFAH CBD review sites sales pitches designed to sell me CBD oil? There isn't much doubt that most, if not all, offer CBD reviews and ratings from individuals claiming to be "CBD experts." While I don't necessarily dispute the accuracy of many of these claims, it does beg the question, are these "expert" ratings and reviews truly objective?
Some sites offer unbiased reviews such as cfah.org/, touting only the best-available products at the highest standards. Others are more biased. In my experience, CBD review websites that are primarily promotional in nature and are primarily intended to sell products by affiliate marketers are the ones with the most factual information and offer no opinion or criticism of individual CBD products. This is not to say that all promotional websites are dishonest or misleading, but in my experience, those that try to sell me CBD products by offering testimonials from "expert" reviewers are most likely attempting to sell me something I don't want or need.
So, which sites offer objective information and offer only truthful reviews? The answer isn't as simple as the company website might make it seem. Unfortunately, the majority of CBD review websites are pure sales pitches promoting only the most expensive CBD supplements on the market. Some websites even claim that CBD has "no side effects" and is safe as a food.
One of the biggest complaints I hear from parents who have used CBD products to treat their children with Autism is that some expert reviewers are actually sales reps for CBD companies. A quick look around the web will show you that there are many advertisements for CBD products boasting the benefits of "miracle cures" and "unlimited supply" from companies like Parenting Online. I've personally received many phone calls from parents who feel that the companies behind these CBD review websites are trying to manipulate health information to benefit their products. For example, one parent sent me an email complaining that the editor at Parenting Online had wrote that CBD is "miracle cure for Autism". This particular editorial came from an affiliate of one of the many companies selling CBD for Autism.
If you are seriously considering buying any of the many CBD review websites on the Internet, I urge you to look for information beyond product claims and sales pitches. Do your research! Make sure the resource you choose is supported by scientific study and that it offers only neutral opinions. Look for independent peer-reviewed scientific studies and government reports that clearly indicate how the ingredients in a particular product will affect your child's Autism symptoms.
You'll find that the most effective Autism treatment is a combination of diet and nutrition, homeopathy, relaxation techniques, behavioral therapy, environmental modification techniques and positive reinforcement. Be sure the review resource you choose provides information that supports these concepts. If not, look for another resource. The most important thing for your child with Autism is to get sufficient sleep, a nutritious diet and appropriate stimulation. Stay informed and you'll find the best ways to help your loved one live a happier, fuller life.
